Pitch Edit- Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
By signing up for Pitch Edit (aka “the Program”), you’re agreeing to the below Terms & Conditions (T&Cs). This agreement outlines what you can expect from us Pitch Studio ("Company") and what we’ll need from you (the Member).
​
2. Summary
Pitch Edit is a monthly design membership that gives you expert interior design guidance, exclusive resources, and support through three flexible membership levels. Assist, Collaborate and Partner.
​
3. Membership & Packages​
Members can choose from the following options:

Assist: 2 consultation hours per month

Collaborate: 4 consultation hours per month

Partner: 8 consultation hours per month

Each package includes:

Monthly consultation hours (remote or in-person for Southern Highlands-based clients)

Access to the Private Members-Only Design Resources

Exclusive discounts on additional services and products

4. Subscription & Payments
4.1 Billing & Payment
-
All memberships are billed monthly via Direct Debit
-
Payments will be automatically processed on the same date each month.
-
By subscribing, you authorise Pitch Studio to charge your nominated payment method for recurring fees.

4.2 Subscription Terms
-
Minimum Term: 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the chosen tier.
-
After the minimum term, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled with 14 days’ notice before the renewal date.
​
4.3 No Refunds Policy
-
No refunds will be issued for unused consultation hours.
-
If a member chooses to cancel during their minimum term, the full term remains payable.

5. Hour Accrual & Usage Policy
5.1 Consultation Hours​

Hours don’t automatically roll over but can be carried into the following month on request but expire at the end of the contracted term.

Hours must be used within the subscription period.
-
Extra hours? You can purchase additional consults at $330/hour incl. GST (discounts may apply depending on your tier).

5.2 Travel Time Policy (For in-person consultations)​

If travel exceeds 30 km from the Bowral, additional travel charges may apply.
​
6. Cancellation & Modifications
6.1 Cancellation Policy

Members can cancel any time after their minimum term with 14 days’ written notice.

Cancellations before the term ends are not eligible for refunds.
​
6.2 Plan Upgrades & Changes
-
Members may upgrade their plan mid-term; new pricing may apply from the next billing cycle.
-
Downgrades require completion of the current subscription term.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Pitch Studio provides advisory services only; final design decisions and implementation are the responsibility of the Member.

Pitch Studio is not liable for third-party delays, supplier issues, or contractor work quality.

The Member acknowledges that any design plans prepared by Pitch Studio are indicative only and not architectural.

Any products or fit-out recommended by Pitch Studio must be approved by the Member prior to purchase and installation, and the Member assumes full responsibility for their selection and use.

Pitch Studio does not provide warranties, express or implied, on any products, materials, or services. Product warranties may be provided by manufacturers.

If a non-excludable warranty is implied by law, Pitch Studio's liability for any breach is limited to reimbursement of its fees only.

Pitch Studio is not responsible for consequential loss, indirect damages, or financial losses arising from recommendations, supplier failures, or project delays.

This Agreement, along with its Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The Member acknowledges that they have not entered into this agreement based on any representation or warranty not expressly stated within it.

Discounts and partner offers are subject to availability and may change without notice.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is collected solely for program administration.

Payment details are securely processed via Stripe; Pitch Studio does not store credit card details.

Data is not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Agreement to Terms
