Our Process

Everything Covered in 90mins

We start our process with a phone consultation to get to know you and your needs. We discuss items such as your overall desired outcome, timeframe, budget and style you would like to achieve (it's okay if you don't know this!). From here we work out which of our services suit you best and we put together an initial fee proposal with a return brief for your approval.

Once you have signed up to working with us we organise a visit to meet you in person and to get to know your site in detail and understand the context surrounding your home. At this visit we go into further detail of your wants and needs and how your home needs to work for you and your family - this is key to our design process. We also discuss the style you wish to achieve and look at any references you might have. It's okay if you don't know a particular style as that's what we can help you to define.

Having been to site and understanding your brief we move into designing concepts for your home. This is where we look at a number of different options with you to determine the best layout. We also present mood boards for your home to give you the overall look and feel.

This is when we move into detailing of your project and make the selections of all of the beautiful interior and exterior finishes, fittings and fixtures. We provide you with a full schedule of these items along with a full drawing package. We present samples of all of the proposed finishes so you can see them in person and get a feel for them.

If your project requires approval this is where we detail the CDC or DA package for the certifier or council and coordinate with the relevant consultants.

We prepare the a documentation package and scope of works to be submitted to the appropriate trades for quotes and estimates. We have a wonderful list of preferred trades we work with regularly but are always open to using your trades if you prefer.

We offer full construction services to give you complete confidence in the building process. We provide a construction documentation package which ensures what we have designed is what is built on site and there are no surprises! We are with you every step of the way and are there to answer all of the questions the trades have along the way.

The big day has arrived and we are there to help bring it all together. We coordinate the delivery and installation of the furniture, decor and window furnishings we have selected.
